Essential Building Maintenance
Hentz, Weber, Wagner, and Roberts have been coming into the library once a week or so to check over the building and do other work.

Motion: Motion to roll over the CIBC CD for the entire amount of $104,315.33 plus interest earned for 90 days at 0.80% or better

2) Summer Operations Plan
Hentz presented the plan for library operations through August 31, noting the plan was established using current CDC guidelines and could change if CDC guidelines changed.
Board filed the summer operations plan and the Pandemic Plan in the Library's Policy Manual.
3) 2020 Summer Reading Program
Hentz presented the plan for the 2020 Summer Reading Program as developed by L. Strandt, noting it is limited due to the ongoing COVID-19 problem.
4) Proposed 2020/2021 Budget
Hentz and Weber presented the Proposed 2020/2021 Budget for discussion purposes.
5) Annual Millage Resolution
Motion 5: Approve Millage Resolution
Motion: Motion to approve the Annual Millage Resolution and to direct Hentz to forward it to the Township Clerk

Resolution Summary
Authority: City, Village and Township Libraries Act, Act No. 164 of 1877
Millage Amount: 0.8 mills (subject to Headlee rollback)
Term: Approved until 2021
Purpose: Support and maintenance of Hamburg Township Library
Resolution Details
- Library Board estimated money necessary for Library support and determined 0.8 mills, subject to Headlee rollback, shall be levied in 2020
- Library secretary authorized to submit resolution to Hamburg Township Supervisor
- All conflicting resolutions rescinded
