Hamburg Historical Museum Closure
Hamburg Historical Museum will be closing in June. Board discussed how to support the Museum while maintaining general library objectives.

Materials: ~8 file drawers and several 3-ring binders
Content: Local history files assembled by Suzanne Hines team
Process: Digitize over ~1 year for 24/7/365 access
Team: Stokanovich, Hines, and Historical Society board members
2. Book Collection Evaluation
Timeline: When museum closes in June
Process: Stokanovich will evaluate museum's books
Goal: Determine additions to library's local history collection (ample shelf space available)
3. Program Development
Collaboration: Hines will work with library staff to develop and host local history programs and events at the library
Digital Progress
Stokanovich has already digitized 100+ local history photos with this project in mind.
Kids Craft Sale
Date: April 26 (during spring book sale)
Registered: 10 children to sell crafts
Note: First of an annual event
2014/2015 Budget
Proposed 2014/2015 Budget was presented to the board for discussion.
