1) Missed billing from Township
Township accounting dept failed to bill us for workers comp and HRA co-pay for the past four years; it was discovered during their audit. They have presented us with $22,000.00+ invoice.
Action: Hentz was directed to consult with attorney before payment is made.
2) Budget amendment
722-16 BCBS-Other Co-pay was tabled until after attorney consultation.
3) Quote for ceiling repairs from leaky roof
$900.00 from The Paint Boxer; work in progress and should be completed by month-end.
