Staff in-service day is scheduled for May 10 with Hamburg Township Fire Department.

1) Library Roof
All Twp building roofs were inspected; results are expected soon.
2) Two CDs Maturing
CD rollover motions required for maturing certificates of deposit.

Motion: Motion to approve rolling over State Bank $250,000 CD (plus accrued interest) at 5.2% for 90 days

3) Updating RFID Equipment
Per the millage financial worksheet, the library's RFID system will be updated next budget year.
Staff is analyzing the updated equipment and will do an on-site visit to either Southfield or East Lansing library to evaluate.
Expect quote to be available for Board review next month.
