Status: Almost completed
Remaining: Emergency lights need extra parts and some recessed lights not counted in original quote

Motion 6: Scrap-A-Holics Room Use Guidelines
Hentz addressed the problems and solutions for the Scrap-A-Holics' use of the library meeting rooms. Proposed solutions:
- All members must use flat head pins only
- All members must use long handled magnet when cleaning up after each Tuesday meeting
- No use of pins on the east side of the meeting room
- Establish inclusive communication method among members and library staff
Motion: Motion that all Scrap-A-Holics members must abide by the above guidelines
