Meeting was cancelled due to absent Board members (see June 2007 minutes for motion to cancel meeting).  Barbaradell Kelley and Jim Gleason reviewed and signed for voucher #448.  Voucher will be reviewed and formally accepted by the Board at the August meeting.  All other business has been moved to the August meeting.

Next meeting will be August 21, 2007 at 7:00pm
