Hamburg Township Library Board of Trustees Special Meeting
October 2, 2012

Meeting called to order at 7:00pm in Group Study B.
Members present: Peg Eibler, Sally Crouch, Michaelene Farrell, Rochelle Hocking, and Duncan McIntyre.
Absent: Stella Campbell.
Also present: Holly Hentz, Christine Weber.

1)  A motion to approve the agenda as presented was made by Crouch.  Seconded by Hocking.  Motion carried.

Call to the Public
None present.

New Business

1. Motion to approve the dry well installation bid from Patriot Plumbing not to exceed $1,200.00 made by Farrell.  Seconded by Hocking.  Motion carried.

1. Motion to approve the HVAC bid from Lakeside Services not to exceed $85,025.77 subject to  investigation into possible cost difference in labor charge for water source and that the cost sheet must be prepared on one page was made by McIntyre.  Seconded by Hocking.  Motion carried.  Hentz will contact the board with answers to above two points.

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by McIntyre.  Seconded by Hocking.   Motion carried.
